Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of Leveo (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), operated by Lukas Telbam (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

By signing in via Discord or Roblox or by using the website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Contract and Account

A user relationship is established by logging in via OAuth (Discord or Roblox). There is no legal entitlement to the use of the Service or to the conclusion of a user agreement. The Operator reserves the right to reject registrations without stating reasons.

You are obligated to keep the login credentials for your Discord or Roblox account confidential and to protect them from access by third parties. All actions carried out through your account on this Service will be attributed to you.

3. Services and Availability

The Service provides tools for the management and statistical analysis of roleplay servers. The Service is provided "as is." The Operator makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of data, continuous availability (uptime), or the absence of errors in functionality.

The Operator is entitled to modify, restrict, or discontinue the scope of features at any time without giving rise to any claims on the part of the user.

4. User Obligations and Conduct

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • Not distribute any content that violates applicable law, is harmful to minors, offensive, or discriminatory.
  • Not carry out any technical manipulation (e.g., SQL injection, brute force attacks, circumvention of rate limits).
  • Not use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to extract data from the Service.
  • Respect the legitimate interests of other users and the Operator.

5. Intellectual Property

The content created by the Operator, the design, and the source code of Leveo are protected by copyright. Reproduction or use beyond the limits permitted by law is not permitted without the express consent of the Operator.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Operator shall be liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as in cases of intent and gross negligence. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability shall be limited in amount to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage. In all other respects, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

The Operator is not liable for the loss of data or settings stored within the Service. The responsibility for backing up important configurations lies solely with the user.

The Operator assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of linked external websites or services (e.g., Discord, Roblox).

7. Termination and Blocking

The user relationship may be terminated by either party at any time without notice and without stating reasons. The Operator specifically reserves the right to permanently exclude users in the event of violations of these Terms of Service or if the stability of the Service is at risk.

8. Use of Server Information for Promotional Purposes

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, the user, insofar as they manage a Discord server as a server administrator via the Leveo dashboard, grants the Operator a revocable, non-exclusive license to display the following publicly available server information on the Leveo website for promotional purposes:

  • Server name
  • Server icon (server profile picture)
  • Member count

The display serves the purpose of transparently presenting the use of the Leveo Service and building trust among potential users (reference and showcase function).

Revocation: The server administrator may revoke the display at any time by removing the bot from the Discord server or by sending an informal notification to contact@leveo.app. The removal of the display will take place within 7 business days of receipt of the revocation or after the removal of the bot.

Scope and Limitations: Only the above-mentioned server information, which is publicly accessible via the Discord API, is used. No personal data of individual server members is processed for promotional purposes.

9. Minimum Age

Use of the Service requires a minimum age of 13 years. This corresponds to the minimum age requirements of the OAuth providers used (Discord, Roblox). Persons under 13 years of age are not permitted to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the place of residence of the Operator.

Should any individual provision of these Terms of Service be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected (severability clause).
